1. Sales Consultant

Selling Residential Project & Creating Strong Netwotk of Customer

Qualification

1. Male or Female
2. Have Experience in sales will be advantages (Property Business Preferable)
3. Passionate in sales & property industries
4. Well-groomed, communicative & target oriented

2. Sales Supervisor

Ensuring all sales consultant activities to achieve sales targets

Qualification

1. Male or Female
2. Have supervisor experience in sates will be advantages (Property Business Preferable)
3. Passionate in sales & property industries
4. Well-groomed, communicative & target oriented

3. Sales & Marketing Admin

To conduct administrative tasks (ex: AJB, PPJB, Etc), that support the team’s sales efferts and overall productivity.

Qualification

1. Male or Female
2. Have Experience in property sales administration
3. Good knowledge of MS Office
4. Passionate in sales & property industries Well-groomed & communicative

4. HSE Supervisor

Ensuring all safety activities in construction run smoothy and building good relationships with surrounding community

Qualification

1. Male
2. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor of environment / health / safety or equivalent
3. Have 2 years Experience in Highrise Building HSE
4. Strong Communication Skill Maintains customer focus, while demonstrating courageous leadership

5. MEP Supervisor

Handle and fully responsible on MEP works on highrise building project.

Qualification

1. Male
2. Minimum of Bachelor degree in Electrical engineer from well known university
3. 2 years experience in highrise building MEP will be advantages
4. Highly analytical thinking and technical expertise
5. Good knowledge of MS Office
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
7. Communicative & target oriented
